'Cause today's body part of choice is, duh, the biceps. So it's time for you to tell us who's locked and loaded and who needs to spend a little more time with the free weights in this buffed up round of our Hollywood's Hottest Body Parts tournament!

So who's got the best bis in T-town?

And what would a battle of the biceps be without Madonna? The Material Girl has always been known for her tres muscular arms. Tho not always for the right reasons (remember those pics where they looked downright terrifying?).

Or perhaps you prefer Hugh Jackman's manly muscles? The fellah has been known to show off his ogle-worthy arms on the big screen (X-Men tank top, anyone) and off screen (you know you've peeped any of the many pics of him frolicking at the beach).

And how could we leave off Jake Gyllenhaal, who's yummy all over but has particularly amazing biceps. Jakey-poo's always been in tip-top physical shape, but after Prince of Persia we couldn't help but say "dang" ever time we saw his guns in a tight T-shirt.

Lastly, there's Zoe Saldana, who's making a name for herself in ass-kicking chick flicks (Columbiana, for one) and on the red carpet, where she's been known to show off her expertly toned arms in all sorts of chic outfits. They even look good in Avatar blue!
