Chandler's Perry's house, which sits on 2.32 acres of prime Malibu beachfront property, has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and is more than 5,500 square feet.
The home, which is known as the Pier House, is two stories with sweeping ocean views. The master suite features his-and-her baths, a sitting area, fireplace and an ocean-view window seat. Even though it is located right on the beach, the home also features its own swimming pool (for those who don't care for salty waters).
No, buying a lottery ticket wouldn't hurt.
