For every hit on the Emmys red carpet yesterday, there was a miss—courtesy of leading ladies Heidi Klum, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julianna Margulies and more.
Let's take a look at the fashion fails:
Even though it's pretty awesome that the Project Runway host is supporting show alum Christian Siriano, Heidi's under-the-sea-inspired greige dress just didn't fly on dry land. On the bright side, maybe she can use it as a loofah now?
Big winner of the night Julianna took home a statuette for Best Actress, but her crazy Armani space dress with Old Hollywood hair didn't win any fashion awards. What was she thinking?
Meanwhile, it doesn't look like poor Katie Holmes got any styling tips from her mini fashionista daughter, Suri Cruise, because the actress was pretty blah from head to toe in blue Calvin Klein. Next time consult your kiddo, Katie, but in the meantime it's a time-out for you, babe!
And Boardwalk Empire star Paz de la Huerta was being, well, Paz de la Huerta. Her pink Versace gown was pretty, but the styling of her hair and makeup was a hot mess.
Finally, Gwynnie flaunted her midriff in a sheer black Pucci gown that we just didn't get at all. Talk about a belly flop!
