Time to bust out the red jacket, again?

Jamie Foxx, who presided over an homage to Michael Jackson two years ago at the BET Awards, has signed on to host the tribute concert planned for the late pop icon next month in Wales.

So, this is really happening.

While the event was first announced without an all-star—or any—lineup, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Leona Lewis, Smokey Robinson and "Smooth Criminal" cover dudes Alien Ant Farm were soon added to the bill.

The tribute is not being held in conjunction with Michael's estate; in fact, brothers Randy and Jermaine Jackson initially objected to the date because Dr. Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial will be in full force back in Los Angeles. But Michael's mother, Katherine, and other family members are expected to attend.

Michael Forever—The Tribute Concert is scheduled for Oct. 8 at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
