Manhattan came down with a serious case of Bieber fever last night as Justin hosted a Fashion's Night Out fete.

He was just announced as a surprise host yesterday, but hordes of fans and famous faces flocked to the Dolce & Gabbana Madison Avenue store to get a glimpse of the Biebs.

There was screaming, crying and even fainting. Even celebrities waited in line to see the "Baby" singer. So who showed up and just how crazy did it get?

Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes, Chace Crawford, Anna Wintour, Usher, Brooklyn Decker and Tyson Beckford were all on hand at the party.

But face time with the Biebs doesn't come cheap. In order to meet Justin, fans had to purchase a special FNO tee for $195 before being allowed to meet him (proceeds of the sales benefited Pencils for Promise, a charity started by his manager, Scooter Braun.)

"There was a mob scene at the event waiting to meet Justin," an eyewitness tells me. "One superexcited female fan even fainted. Screaming could be heard around the block."

"It's crazy," Tyson Beckford said. "He's got some really loyal fans."

You can say that again! Justin graciously took his time with the fans, giving high fives and posing for photos. He even offered to let one little girl sit on his lap, but she was too shy.

After the meet and greet, he performed "College" with Usher.

Over at the Lacoste party inside the Gansevoort Park Avenue, Foster the People played for a packed house that included Michelle Tractenberg and Kris Humphries.

Kim and Kris are staying at the hotel while they're filming in NYC, but we didn't see her at the soiree. Maybe she was tired from hosting her own FNO bash at Dash with Pauly D earlier in the evening?
