The firestorm of controversy caused by a little ole dress on Toddlers & Tiaras isn't over just yet.

Wendy Dickey, the mother of Paisley, who wore the now-famous Pretty Woman prostitute costume during the Queen of Hearts pageant, tells E! News exclusively that the outfit has caused such a stir that she wants to sell the getup and donate the proceeds to charity.

And her charity choice?

That would be Georgia Right to Life, an anti-abortion organization Dickey refers to as "Paisley's charity" and says the young beauty queen has represented. GRTL states their mission as "Protecting innocent life from fertilization until natural death."

The costume has been the ire of many parents across the nation, claiming it was inappropriate for a 3-year-old to be dressed as a hooker (ya think?!).

So how did mommy dearest come up with the getup in the first place?

"We learned there was a Celebrity Wear competition, so I thought of my favorite actress ever, Julia Roberts.  I was trying to figure out which characters she could be, so I wanted Pretty Woman. Nothing too revealing, but hysterically funny!" Dickey said.

While the costume itself doesn't seem to be comedic, it was only one part of an act.

"TLC edited out the second part of the routine.  We did a quick change into the polka-dot dress of the reformed Julia Roberts, a before and after," Dickey said. "Everyone in the room was laughing hysterically.  It was meant to be funny, not sexual at all. I made the dress myself! It barely went above the knee, very nonrevealing and nonsexy."

Well, the judges apparently agreed with Dickey, as Paisley ended up winning first place.

"The idea isn't to make a 3-year-old sexy.  It was meant to be funny, hysterical and completely overboard!" Dickey said.

Dickey said only one mom didn't think it was funny, and that just happened to be the mom TLC was taping for the episode.

"The one mom who was being followed by TLC, she voiced her [negative] opinion, and that just added fuel to the fire," Dickey said.  "Everyone else that was there was congratulating me and saying, ‘Paisley is so going to win!' and telling me it was the funniest thing ever."

So is Dickey angry about the way TLC edited the routine?

"I'm not upset, but I do wish they had shown the second part of the outfit, and I don't think we'd be having this conversation," she said.

Now it's time to plan Paisley's next costume. What's it going to be?

"She's going dress up as an angel!"
