Ouch!
Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor's 68-year-old husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt was hospitalized Friday after being struck by a car in Beverly Hills.
The socialite confirms to E! News he was on his way to a bank near Camden Drive and Brighton Way when a car drove up from an underground parking garage and hit him. Von Anhalt explains:
"I was walking on the sidewalk and a car came out of the parking garage. I didn't see the car coming, I looked up and it hit me."
Prince Frederic was transported to UCLA Medical Center for minor injuries and what he considered "a broken leg." Although hospitalized, von Anhalt maintained a positive attitude, joking that he's no stranger to the UCLA emergency room thanks to his frequent trips there with Zsa Zsa, adding: "Everybody here knows me!"
Beverly Hills Police arrested the driver, but von Anhalt's spokesman says the socialite doesn't want to press charges.
