Tom Jones should be back to singing "It's Not Unusual" in no time.

The 71-year-old crooner had landed in a Monte Carlo hospital last Saturday after a health scare—which turned out to be severe dehydration—forced him to cancel a show that night in Monaco.

So what's Jones saying about his hospitalization?

He wants to thank his fans for reaching out to him while he was at Princess Grace hospital in Monte Carlo.

"A big thank-you to all for your concern—your messages and wishes have been very thoughtful," Jones told fans in a message.

Initial reports had speculated that perhaps Jones suffered a heart ailment, but he turned out to be suffering severe hydration after performing at recent festival shows in the "throes of high summer heat."

Jones' spokesman also said the singer is now in tip-top shape.

"Sir Tom was released from hospital yesterday [Tuesday] and is now in very good health," he told the BBC

Jones was dogged by rumors of poor health recently after shedding more than 30 pounds, but he credited his skinnier bod to a strict diet and cutting out booze.

We're happy to hear he's made a full recovery!
