Elijah Wood, who is currrently filming his surprising role in The Hobbit,  has decided to move from his (more than) 2,000 square-foot spread, which he purchased back in 1999 from the dreamy Dylan McDermott.

Don't worry, Wood has already taken all of his personal belongings and furniture out of the house, so it's totally ready for you.

Let's just hope he took the curse with him.
