Grab your glass of wine! Courteney Cox is adding "television director" to her already Cougar-rific résumé.

The 47-year-old Cougar Town actress will be pulling double duty in front of and behind the camera during the fourth episode of the ABC comedy's upcoming third season.

So how do Cox's costars feel about taking orders from the star?

Sounds like they may be causing problems for Cox's directorial debut.

"I'm already so high maintenance," Busy Phillips told us at the Hollywood premiere of Our Idiot Brother. "I already asked for Friday off because I have to attend a friend's wedding on a small island off of Cape Cod. So I already asked for a day off, which I'm sure is throwing a wrench into her schedule. I feel bad."

While we don't know just how hard Cox will be cracking the whip, it definitely sounds like she's a type A personality.

"She's going to make an amazing director!" Phillips dished. "She's so organized and she's always got her binders and her basket with all of her little notes in it…She's been on television for such a long time and she I think inherently understands how to make things funny, or funnier."

So does Phillips want to take a turn behind the camera too? "I don't have a desire particularly to direct," she said.

When asked if she's worried that the former Friends star will become a directing diva around set, Phillips laughed, "Courteney's trailer couldn't get any bigger."
