Anyone else suddenly come down with a case of the warm and fuzzies? You will after watching this...

Sure, Kim Kardashian's wedding extravaganza to Kris Humphries is just eight days away (OMG!) but Khloé Kardashian Odom is keeping her priorities in order and took time away from her busy schedule yesterday afternoon to fulfill the Make-A-Wish request of a young fan.

"I asked to meet Khloé Kardashian and lunch and shopping with her," Tiffanie Saporito told E! News. "I watch her show every week, I like her a lot. She's one of my favorites."

Last June, when she was just 12 years old, Tiffanie received a liver transplant and was made aware by the hospital of the Make-A-Wish program. She immediately submitted her request for Lamar Odom's better half and was "really happy" when she found out it would be fulfilled.

Along with her mother and other members of her family, Tiffanie was treated to an intimately casual afternoon of shopping at Dash with Khloé, eating lunch and generally bonding with the reality star.

"For me, to be anybody's wish in general—last, first, any wish at all—it's such an honor and a blessing and I can't believe that I would put a smile on someone's face like that or I would even be desired like that," Khloé told E! News. "But it goes to show how blessed I am. It's such a privilege that I have all these things at my fingertips."

Still, the E! star and bridesmaid-to-be said that she still found it "surreal" that she would be anyone's wish.

"I'm like, 'Why do you want to meet me? I'm not that cool.' But it's such a blessing, just me meeting Tiffanie...It makes me feel incredible."

No doubt the feeling's mutual. As for Saporito, she said that she's "doing good," and while a couple issues have cropped up since her surgery, "it's something they can fix."

Couldn't be happier to hear it. Best of luck to you, Tiffanie!
