No, Vienna Girardi's old nose did not grow back.
The reality star's ex-schnoz will appear on tonight's premiere episode of Bachelor Pad 2, but Girardi's since undergone surgery to have it, ahem, adjusted.
In any case, Vienna's out in the real world, rocking her new nose now.
She tweeted in July that she wanted her rhinoplasty procedure to "be looked at as a positive reflection of how I feel."
"If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT. xoxo." she wrote.
Girardi didn't have to look far for her doc, either, and ended up having the surgery performed by Bachelor alum Erica Roses' father, who is a plastic surgeon.
After the operation, the former Bachelorette admitted that she was in pain, but was excited to see her "new nose."
