Well, Andy Cohen brought this up on Watch What Happens Live, and NPH's response was, "Um, we have no plans to."
What? Does he now have cold feet?!
No, no, it's nothing like that.
The two have been sporting engagement rings and playing house with their twin babies for some time.
They even planned on getting married in California before Prop 8 squashed their plans, but when it comes to right now, they have no designs on a wedding...yet.
"The problem is, if you say 'Yes, we're planning a wedding,' then it becomes a big, giant thing."
The former Doogie Howser star has been in the media spotlight long enough to know there are certain things you just don't announce in order to stop a frenzy from happening.
But seriously NPH, do let us know when the big shebang is going down [wink].
