This Teen Mom isn't going anywhere.

Catelynn Lowell, who stars in the popular MTV reality series, and her boyfriend, Tyler Baltierra, have settled up with a Michigan landlord who had taken the couple to court seeking to have them evicted for failing to pay their rent on time.

That's according to a motion to dismiss without prejudice filed on March 21 in St. Clair County Court and obtained by E! News.

Not that it really mattered.

After Down River Apartments LLC filed legal action against them on March 7 for nonpayment, Lowell and Baltierra subsequently moved out of the pad. However, it wasn't due to their inability to cough up green so much as their generally negative attitude toward the property's owner's lack of maintenance.

"The landlord was an idiot and didn't fix anything I payed [sic] every month that I lived there," Catelynn tweeted.

Added her beau: "Ok everyone I did not get evicted, I left bcuz the landlord was a lazy unprofessional man of business, and I refuse to put with it FYI."

Good to know they put the money dispute behind them.

Lowell and Baltierra, both 19, were chronicled by the MTV show signing a lease and moving into the Marine City rental last August. By the duo stopped sending their rent checks in December, according to the complaint, and the landlord accused them of stiffing the company of $900.
