Comic-Con 2011 Tile

Hear that? That's the steady sound of masses of TV and movie fans flooding San Diego for one of the biggest entertainment events of the year: Comic-Con. It all starts today, and continues on until Sunday, and we'll be there for every day, every panel, every moment.

But because we are huge TV fans ourselves, we had to pick a handful of panels that we're most excited about. As in, the ones we are highlighting and marking down in our schedule in all caps, and making damn sure we are front and center for to witness all the Comic-Con glory. Our list includes zombies, vampires, and a former slayer finally returning to television...

Before you check out our list and die of jealousy, remember that you don't even have to wait in line to get in on the Comic-Con action! You can follow all the live tweets from our Twitters, keep up via @onlineTV and @eonlineMovies.

And just to be safe, better bookmark our Comic-Con page so you don't miss any live streams (Cowboys & Aliens!) or up to date coverage over the weekend. Now, on with our geek out list!

The Walking Dead: Not only will we get to see the oh-so-handsome Andrew Lincoln in living color, but we no doubt will get some awesome footage of season two. Sneak peeks are 50 percent of the reason to go to Comic-Con in the first place. If the first clip is any indication, The Walking Dead panel on Friday should b a bloody good time. Added bonus: our own Chris Hardwick from Web Soup is moderating. Basically, we'll be in hot geek heaven.

Chuck: It's no surprise that the cast of Chuck are Comic-Con pros by now. After all, it's one of the geekiest shows around, in a completely awesome way of course. What got the Chuck panel on our list was the fact that it's always a non-stop blast, not to mention Zachary Levi and Joshua Gomez pretty much guarantee that we'll be laughing the entire time. What else can we say? Chuck just knows how to do Comic-Con right.

The Vampire Diaries: Coming off an amazing second season puts TVD on our most-anticipated panels, and the fact that the holy trinity of Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev, and Ian Somerhalder attending just puts the cherry on top of our vampire sundae. Last year, we got a sneak peek at the new season, and since the cast has started filming already, we can only hope we'll be getting a look at season three. Even if it's only a quick one. Plus, the cast and writers always dish out tons of scoop, and you know where it goes once it hits our ears, don't you? Right to you guys.

Glee, Movie, 3D Corey Monteith, Naya Rivera, Chord Overstreet

Adam Rose/Twentieth Century

Glee: This year, Glee is the big boy room! Hall H, people! That already makes for a more electrifying feel, plus Glee fans are some of the loudest and craziest fans around. That alone is enough to get us excited for the panel on Sunday. And there's been lots of controversy surrounding the show recently, and we can't wait to see what the cast and crew of Glee has to say in response to some of the tough questions. And there's always the possibility of an on-the-spot live performance. A girl can dream.

Ringer: The one and only Buffy, Sarah Michelle Gellar, is returning to television, and thus, returning to Comic-Con. Making only her second appearance ever at the Con, SMG will cater to both hardcore Buffy fans and those who cannot wait to hear all about her new CW show, Ringer.

What's on your Comic-Con geek-out list? Did we leave out one of your favorite shows? Doesn't matter, because we'll be covering them all! We'll see you guys in San Diego!
