It's been a busy week for the original party girl Paris Hilton.

She spent her Memorial Day weekend in the Hamptons, where she hit Southpointe nightclub and threw back shots at Axe Lounge over the holiday sans boyfriend Cy Waits.

Then this week, she was back in the Big Apple to host the a rooftop premiere party for her new Oxygen reality series.

Despite having a 6:30 a.m. flight overseas, P partied the night away with sister Nicky and friends until 2:30 a.m.

And now, she's in another country throwing yet another soiree...

Paris hosted a party at Pacha in Bilboa, Spain, this weekend.

But unlike her N.Y. socializing where she was joined by her girlfriends, Cy was by her side for the international part of her travels.

Three parties in three different cities and two countries in one week? Not too shabby.

This week's party foul goes to Scott Disick, who may want to pick up an etiquette book before his next flight.

Kourtney Kardashian's baby-daddy boyfriend was en route to the Hamptons last weekend and reportedly tried to get special treatment on his Southwest flight from Detroit.

According to Page Six, he cut in front of passengers and tried to bribe flight attendants to let him board first.

Disick's rep denied he jumped the line but admits one flight attendant did hook him up with exit row seating because she was a fan.
