Not so fast, Kelsey Grammer.

Two weeks after the already remarried actor filed for sole physical custody of their two kids, ex-wife Camille Grammer has fired back with her own petition to have the kids live primarily with her, E! News confirmed Thursday.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star supposedly didn't want to play hardball, but apparently she's having trouble getting Kelsey on the phone...

Camille "would love to have a relationship with Kelsey for the kids' sake," a source close to the situation told People, but "Kelsey will not communicate with her."

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," the insider continued. "Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed."

The estranged exes, who were married for 13 years before Camille filed for divorce last July, are parents to daughter Mason, 9, and son Jude, 6. Kelsey then married girlfriend Kayte Walsh, making her the fourth Mrs. Grammer on Feb. 25.

Camille's custody filing suggests that Kelsey went after sole custody "in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her. He also "refuses to provide information as to his residency and/or schedule for the summer and thereafter," she says.

But if her ex doesn't want to meet her halfway, that will be for a judge to decide. A hearing is set for June 9.
