Arnold's estranged wife gets a top divorce attorney to represent her in the couple's separation

While Arnold Schwarzenegger's scorned missus hasn't decided whether to file for the Big D just yet, she has an ace in the hole: one of Hollywood's top divorce attorneys.

Shriver, who has been living apart from Schwarzenegger since he left office earlier this year, has retained the services of Laura Wasser, who has represented the likes of Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Nick Lachey.

The news comes as the Sperminator confirmed this week that he fathered a secret love child with housekeeper/assistant, Mildred Patricia Baena.

But Shriver, who famously stood by Schwarzenegger's side as he battled innumerable accusations of infidelity in the past, is said to be wavering when it comes to pulling the trigger on a divorce due to the strain it would put on the estranged couple's four children together.

The two have been married for 25 years.

Shriver, who swung by Tuesday's taping of pal Oprah Winfrey's finale and then was out and about with her kids in L.A. yesterday, reportedly hired Wasser before this week's news broke—the former TV journalist hinted at trouble on her personal website months ago, asking the public for advice during her time of "transition."

No immediate comment from Shriver, Schwarzenegger or Wasser on the legal maneuever.
