Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans has some big news for her fans—and would-be suitors.

She has sworn off weed, she and layabout beau Kieffer Delp are officially over, and she is 100 percent single.

"I'm not with him, and I quit smoking pot. There is no new guy," Evans relayed to E! News via text this morning.

She also addressed a certain videotaped brawl you might have heard about...

Sure, Jenelle was spotted dropping off undies for the jailed Delp just weeks ago. But from now on, he'll have to fend for his own Fruit of the Looms, as Evans swears to us that she has finally called it quits with her former partner in crime.

The two have had a rocky relationship to say the least—Evans previously announced their breakup on Facebook back in January, only to return to him. In fact, Delp was the reason Evans got into an on-camera smackdown with a frenemy

Back on April 14, Evans, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs and to complete 24 hours of community service within 60 days.

The case stemmed from her arrest last October when she and Delp allegedly broke into a neighborhood home.

But that's not the end of her legal woes by a long shot. Just today, she had to show up in a North Carolina courthouse for a hearing in her brawl case. She faces two misdemeanor assault and affray charges stemming from her altercation with nemesis and fellow teen mom, Britany Truett. She has since accused so-called pal Britany Maggard of setting her up in order to sell a video of the fight for big bucks.

The case was continued to May 24.

Asked today how things stand personally between herself and Truett, Jenelle responded: "No, we are not on speaking terms."

But she quickly added: "I'm happy. I was ready to deal with it today with all of the evidence I have."

That's a much better attitude than she had this weekend, when she ranted on her Facebook page:

"imagine this... having a mother like mine, trying to move out but cant, having yr probation officer LIVE ON YR STREET, had to quit smoking, cant hangout with all the people yu hungout with, being alone all the time, not having anyone to talk to while yr upset, people staring at yu every public place and taking pics behind yr back so they can sell yu out like yr a caged animal in a freak show."

Evans isn't done with her courtroom visits this week. She's due back on Friday to additional counts of breaking and entering, injury to real property, trespassing and making harassing phone calls in a separate case.

All her legal issues have kept her from regaining custody of her son, Jace.

But she insists she's a changed lady, having given up weed and her slacker boyfriend. Are you listening, guys?
