Can Khloé patch a rocky relationship between her hubby and his daddy?

It's only the series premiere of Khloé & Lamar, and already the drama's heating up!

In this clip, self-made NBA star Lamar Odom hints at the troubled past of his absentee father, Joe, and the strain it's put on their own relationship.

Heck, the man wasn't even in Lamar's life until adulthood, but amazingly, the son doesn't seem to hold him in contempt.

Well, not much anyway.

"I'm not asking him to be a father," he confides to BFF Jamie Sangouthai, "I'm just asking him to act like [it]." Fair enough.

But wife Khloé Kardashian Odom seems to have designs to try and improve the tested relaysh...at her own peril, warns her BFF Malika Haqq.
