So last night, she dished to me about how Charlie and Brooke had been happily cohabiting before his epic meltdown and CBS show shutdown:
"I talked to her yesterday and everything was fine and they were best friends and living together...and now I don't know!" Paris told me at the Hollywood Domino gala last night. "I heard something changed so I'm not sure what happened."
That "something" must have led to Brooke no longer vacationing with Charlie and his harem ladyfriends in the Bahamas.
"Where there were four, there are now three," Sheen said during a live call to the Alex Jones Show. "Goodbye, Brooke. Good luck in your travels. You're going to need it badly."
Her stepfather Jon Fiore tells E! that Brooke is back in LA, living at Charlie's place with their sons...for now. "She went back to the house because that's where the boys and the nanny are," he tells E!. As for Charlie supposedly buying Brooke a house? He's not holding his breath.
"I don't think that's even going to happen now, given the situation. He doesn't care," he said.
Paris just so happens to live right next door to Charlie if Brooke might need another place to stay. But Paris isn't totally anti-Sheen, for the record.
"He's my neighbor so I don't have anything bad to say about him," she explained, diplomatically adding: "I think some people are better as friends."
Paris, wearing a sexy red Marc Bouwer dress, was accompanied by her sister Nicky last night but confessed she did indeed get a diamond ring from boyfriend Cy Waits on her birthday.
But it just wasn't an engagement ring.
"We were looking at jewelry and I got a beautiful diamond ring as a gift," she told me of their NYC jewelry store trip.
That doesn't mean she hasn't dropped hints about what kind of ringfinger bling she'd like. "I haven't said exactly what I like, but he knows that I love big diamonds," she told me.
I asked if she would say yes if Cy got down on one knee today.
"We're so happy so I really can't see myself with anyone else. So I think we're gonna live happily ever after," she told me.
Inside the fete at Sunset Tower, Mila Kunis was flying solo, smoking on the patio and chatting up Hayden Panettiere. Just down the street, Soho House was another hot spot, where lots of Hollywood's hottest men were in attendance.
Leonardo DiCaprio held a table on the patio with Kevin Connolly while new dad (and possible Oscar winner this weekend) Javier Bardem celebrated Biutiful downstairs. John Stamos rolled solo and Oscar host James Franco declined photos at the Grey Goose sponsored soiree.
Hope he's ready for his close up on Sunday!
