It's back to work for Charlie Sheen!

After a monthlong hiatus, Two and a Half Men is set to resume filming next Monday, whether the rehabbing actor is cancer-free of his addiction or not.

And it's not just the disgruntled crew who's excited to start shooting again...

"Everyone just wants to get back to work," Holland Taylor said at last night's Costume Designer Guild Awards in Beverly Hills. "We've been apart, and we like doing the show. The crew is very eager to get back to work. I think we all are."

What about reports that the show's new episodes will not be filmed in front of a live studio audience because of Sheen's present situation?

"I haven't heard that," said Taylor, who plays Sheen's mom on the hit sitcom.

Taylor says she hasn't spoken to Sheen recently, but told E!'s own Michael Yo that she's "wishing nothing but the best for Charlie and for his future and his health and well-being."
