Lindsay Lohan treating a walk to court like a catwalk—bad for Lindsay, good for the designer.

After the actress appeared at an L.A. courthouse this week to plead not guilty in her necklace-theft case, that wildly inappropriate-for-court mini she wore by Kimberly Ovitz quickly sold out online.

Apparently, fashionistas couldn't get enough of the designer's $575 "Glavis" long-sleeve dress from her prefall collection. (Actress Bonnie Somerville recently wore the same dress, too.)

But all hope is not completely lost if you want one...

Other versions of the Glavis dress from past seasons have sold out on shopping sites like Shopbop and most other online retailers, but the frock—which pops up in new iterations nearly every season—is currently available for pre-order on Kimberly Ovitz's website in limited quantities for a mid-April delivery, so at least there's that.

Ovitz, 28, is the daughter of Hollywood talent agent Michael Ovitz and interned at J. Crew at just 14. She studied at Parsons and launched her label in 2008.

Looks like she just hit the big time.
