A new parenting team has emerged in the form of Sloan, Callie, and Arizona, and we're all curious to see exactly how that's going to work out. Clip No. 1 is a preview of that parenting threesome, followed by how smooth Karev can be when he meets Dr. Fields. Except he's not smooth at all. Finally, Lexie and Mer's dad is in the hospital, and he chose the perfect time to break some news to his daughter. And by perfect, we mean the worst time ever.
