If this keeps getting dragged out, Kelsey Grammer might find asking Sam Malone for another round.

The tube star is hitting back at suggestions made by soon-to-be ex-wife Camille that she's not getting her fair cut from their divorce. And Kelsey wants to make sure to get the divorce done pronto, because he's planning a wedding for the end of the month.

Here's where things stand...

Per court papers filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by E! News, Kelsey says that his estranged missus (and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star) is "fully protected" when it comes to slicing up their estate and that "all of her concerns...are satisfied."

The filing came in response to a motion by Camille's camp asserting that some of the proposed property allocations didn't work for her, and that some of Kelsey's preexisting pension plans may not have been accounted for.

Au contraire, argues Kelsey attorney Lance Spiegel, who claims that Team Kelsey scoured the court records and found no evidence of any assets Camille was unaware of.

Kesley is hoping to get the divorce over with as quickly as possible so he can tie the knot with new fiancée Kayte Walsh. Reports say they are eyeing a Feb. 25 wedding.

But those plans could be upended by Camille's wish to review all relevant financial information to ensure she's not getting shortchanged.

In a court filing of her own this morning, Camille's lawyer asserts that she needs proof that the pension proceeds are the up-and-up.

The judge is expected to rule on the motions at the next court date, set for Monday, and if he sides with Kelsey, it's possible the divorce would be finalized then.
