Brittany Murphy's Last Home Back on the Market

Now priced at just under $5 million, the house where the Clueless actress sadly passed away is once again up for sale

Brittany Murphy's mom may finally get a chance to move on once and for all.

Sharon Murphy has not only put the Hollywood Hills home where her daughter tragically died in up for sale again, but at a price much lower than when initially placed on the market last year.

What's more, a spokesperson for Sharon tells E! News that the Clueless star's mother has already received a couple of offers and, as a result, a foreclosure auction that had been scheduled for yesterday has been subsequently postponed for at least two weeks as she is "in negotiation with several parties regarding potential sale."

The current asking price is $4.995 million. It had been listed at $7.5 million last March before being taken off the market a month later.

Brittany purchased the 8,000-square-foot mansion that sits on 1.29 acres for $4 million from Britney Spears back in 2003 and it was one of the assets she left to her mother. Sadly, it was also the same home Brittany's husband, Simon Monjack, passed away in just five months after her death in December 2009.
