It's Geri Jewell, who played a groundbreaking role on the hit show as Blair's (Lisa Whelchel) cousin Geri, a comedian with cerebral palsy.

The actress, who was born with the neurological disorder, reveals she is a lesbian in her upcoming autobiography I'm Walking as Straight as I Can: Transcending Disability in Hollywood and Beyond.

But in addition to discussing her sexuality, Jewell also writes about the challenges and discrimination she faced trying to make it in show business.

What's more, the 54-year-old actress, who also starred on HBO's critically acclaimed Deadwood, opens up about her past struggles involving money, marriage and substance abuse as well.

Her book is due out April 1.
