Holly Madison Wants a Piece of the Pie

Find out what the E! reality television star is cooking up in Las Vegas

It's an experience every man desires: Takeout Holly Madison.

But it's not what you think...

That's takeout, as in food.

The E! reality star is looking into opening a pizza restaurant in Las Vegas. "There are so many great restaurants, but I think we can use more pizza," she said at Comcast Entertainment Group's TCA event. "I'm sort of a pizza connoisseur."

When talk turned to New York pizza, Madison cooed, "Do you like Lombardi's? I love that place. Their white pizza? I'm obsessed."

(FYI: Opened in 1905, Lombardi's Pizza is considered to be the first pizzeria operated in the U.S.)

But she won't be try to duplicate NYC pie in Vegas. "I heard because of the public water tastes good in New York, the sauce will never be able to be replicated anywhere else."

Madison said she is also looking into opening a bar and is about to finish editing her guidebook to Sin City, set for release around Valentine's Day.

The new season of Holly's World premieres on Jan. 23.
