There are so many excellent reasons for America to watch The Bachelor that we hardly know where to begin.

For one thing, the show is allowing a damaged young man a second chance. The man in question is damaged Brad Womack, who has been on a painful journey of healing ever since he decided that no woman on season 11 was good enough for him. He's seen a therapist, he's contemplated his inner self as he's eaten cereal alone, and now he's a healthy, improved person. He's also utterly ridiculous, but let Joel McHale make that case.

And don't forget to tune in tonight for this and so much more when The Soup comes your way at 10 p.m. ET/PT!
