The above shots reveal the two-story, five-bedroom home that Bristol Palin recently purchased just outside of Phoenix. The 3,900 square-foot property, which the Dancing With the Stars finalist paid for in cash, features 2.5 baths, a large kitchen with an island, a 3-car garage and a sizeable backyard.
So what about the speculation that Sarah Palin's daughter purchased the digs because she wants to attend Arizona State University?
"Actually it's a rumor," the director of media relations at the university tells Reuters. "She's neither enrolled nor has she applied to ASU at this time."
Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean she won't sometime down the road.
But, whatever Palin's plans are, they, and now Maricopa, will surely get plenty of attention.
