The streets have been sealed off. The super-pricey dress has been picked. A band of stylists has been mobilized. It may be intimate, but Nicole Richie's dream day sure sounds like a big deal to us.

After fretting over two dresses—a Marchesa and a vintage Chanel—the bride-to-be has finally settled on the "elegant" Marchesa to walk down the aisle in tomorrow, an insider tells E! News.

And the price tag?

"It's custom-made, white, and cost her $20,000," reveals the source.

Nicole and close friend and personal stylist Simone Harouche had flown in to New York last week for a fitting with the fashion house and Richie was obviously thrilled with her dress. "It went very well," the source tells us.

As for her pretty blonde locks? Byron from celeb-friendly Byron+Tracy will be styling Nicole's hair, sources say.

And even though Richie is keeping the guest list limited to just closest friends and family, the street where father Lionel's Beverly Hills mansion will be closed to traffic during the festivities.

And even though the house boasts 28 rooms, space on the grounds is actually limited, hence the relatively small affair.

Preparations for the ceremony got under way this week as rental trucks were spotted arriving at the gates and ladders and other party equipment could be seen in the driveway of the house.

Celeb pals Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Samantha Ronson, a bridesmaid, will both be at the ceremony. Adorable daughter Harlow will be the flower girl. Although she's been invited, Christina Aguilera is in Europe promoting Burlesque and, barring a big surprise, won't be in attendance.

As for entertainment? Even though both dad and hubby-to-be Joel Madden are musicians, Nicole says no way Lionel will be singing. Joel, on the other hand, loves the idea.

We're hoping for a family jam session.

Be sure to check back tomorrow with all the details from the big day.
