Looks like Jesse James might be missing a little sunshine this Thanksgiving.

A judge ruled yesterday that James' six-year-old daughter, Sunny, could spend Turkey Day with her mother Janine Lindemulder.

But it doesn't stop there...

Despite the fact that James has custody of their daughter, the court order granted visitation to the porn-star mommy on all major holidays.

However, the ex-couple have to figure out how the little girl will fly from her dad's place in Texas to her mom's home in Oregon.

Lindemulder's attorney said that if there is no direct flight, which there is not, then Sunny must be accompanied by someone.

The judge also ruled on doing some psychological testing to see "if there's a problem of Jesse interfering in the relationship between Janine and Sunny" and, if so, then the psychologist will determine if the visitation schedule needs to be re-evaluated or whether the exes need parenting classes.

But for now, let's just hope the little girl can enjoy some turkey and not stress over all these "adult issues."
