If there's one person you don't want to get on the wrong side of, it's George W. Bush Suge Knight.

A federal judge this week helped Kanye West continue to take care of some years-old loose strings, tossing a lawsuit filed against him over a Ye-hosted 2005 party in which Knight was accidentally shot in the leg (oopsie).

Knight was understandably upset and blamed West for failing to provide adequate security, holding him accountable to the tune of $1 million—he'd no doubt do the same if not worse to his shooter, though the guilty party has never been identified.

Regardless, the judge ruled yesterday that West had no way of knowing a shooting would take place (though with Suge on the guest list, you've gotta think it's a good possibility), and thus his lack of security was deemed unfortunate, but in no way trial-worthy.
