Céline Dion has had a joyous mother-child reunion.

Her tiny 5 pound twin boys were declared healthy enough to leave the hospital and head home with the singer after being kept in an incubator since their birth last weekend, her rep confirms to E! News.

The Grammy-winning singer was given the OK by docs at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.,where she gave birth last Saturday.

The tykes, whose names haven't been announced, were born by C-section section at 11:11 and 11:12 a.m., and were doing well immediately following the birth.

The 42-year-old Dion had been admitted to the hospital ahead of time to prevent early delivery of the babies.

Dion and husband René Angelil are already the proud parents of 9-year-old René-Charles.
