Joan Collins Sticks to Her Jen-Dissing Guns

With all the media heat, does the high-mileage star regret calling Aniston "cute"?

The Mercedes-Benz 32nd Anniversary Carousel of Hope Gala benefiting the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes brought out all the stars in LA last night, including the always feisty Joan Collins in St. John.

We chatted with Collins, who said she "firmly" backed her friend Barbara's fundraiser, to see if she firmly backed those comments the other week when she called Jennifer Aniston "cute" but no Angelina Jolie in Hello Magazine.

Any regrets, Joan?

"Oh, well, no," Collins said rather casually in her sparkly St. John number.

"The bottom line is I talked about several actresses," Joan ‘fessed saying Aniston and Jolie weren't the only comparisons about Hollywood glamour nowadays.

So do tell!

"Among them—Catherine Zeta-Jones, Scarlett Johansson, and Megan Fox. Unfortunately everybody got cut out except [Angelina and Jennifer]."

Jolie and Jen…the feud that will never go away in the media, so can't say we're exactly shocked those were the two plucked out.

"Typical, yes, they would be the ones chosen. But that's the way it goes I suppose."

Ironic too, because J and A couldn't be more over the non-triangle with Brad Pitt.

Somehow, we still think Aniston feels "no need to engage with that nonsense" with Collins—Jen's too-perfect media approach about the remarks Joan made.

As for the other actresses mentioned, we think we have an idea where they go judging by Collins' standards of Hollywood beauty, but we'll get the dirt on that fab bitchy stuff next time.
