Wake Tyra Banks up when October ends.

A few days after being sued, the former supermodel filed for a temporary restraining order against a 39-year-old man who Banks claims has been stalking her and her family since 2006 and is under the delusion that they're going to tie the knot on Jan. 8, 2011.

He should really hold off on sending those invites.

In her complaint, filed Oct. 12, Tyra calls Marten Williams Jr. a "mentally unstable stalker" who has a history of mental illness and believes that "Michael Jackson is alive and well and living in Long Beach."

She accuses him of calling her mother on several occasions and leaving "ominous frightening letters and items" outside her Beverly Hills home, including a note that mentioned their so-called wedding date.

"I am in fear from Mr. Williams for my personal safety, and that of those around me, including my family and employees," Tyra states in the court filing.

Her request was granted and a temporary restraining order is in place for Tyra, her brother and her parents pending a hearing on Oct. 28.

Williams is not to be confused with Brady Green, who was convicted of stalking Tyra last year and was sentenced to probation.
