Kat Von D and Jesse James have made it very clear they are a couple.

But we just got word that the LA Ink star was out in Hollywood the other night with a different tattooed guy...

Monday night, Von D was spotted with Jackass star Bam Margera at Redbury Hotel's Cleo restaurant and bar.

"They just looked very flirtatious," a source tells us, "smiling, giggling, [but] there was no hand holding or kissing."

According to another restaurant-goer, Von D and Margera arrived together around 8 p.m. and kept to themselves in a secluded area of the eatery. They sat across from each other and were being very "sweet" as they shared harira soup, flat bread and brussel sprouts along with hummus.

After finishing their meal and taking a smoking break outside, they left together about an hour after arriving.

The two have been romantically linked before but Von D denied any involvement, taking to her Twitter in April saying, "So annoyed! Contrary to silly rumors, Bam Margera and I are NOT dating." In fact, Margera is still married to his wife of three years, photographer Melissa "Missy" Rothstein.

As for James, he was spotted with Von D at LAX on Oct. 1.

Von D and Margera's rep (they have the same one) did not immediately comment.

In other celeb sightings news, Paris Hilton and sister Nicky hit The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills party before heading over to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's hotspot Teddy's, where they hung out with Nicole Richie's dad Lionel.
