UPDATE: In a sworn declaration, Beckham again called all of In Touch's allegations "completely false." In her own declaration, editor-in-chief Michelle Lee continues to stand by the magazine's reporting.

David Beckham may have to sharpen his deflections and corner kicks for court.

Irma Nuci, the one-time call girl who is countersuing the soccer stud, has filed a motion to compel him to give a deposition in the case and turn over tax returns and other financial records.

"In the lawsuit he alleged that he suffered not only loss of earnings, but a loss of ability to earn money in the future,"  Nuci's attorney, Paul Jensen, tells E! News. "Anybody in a lawsuit who makes that allegation has to prove what their earnings are and would be in the future. I'm not at all sure that Mr. Beckham was thinking about that when he started this fight."

So how did this fight start again?

Beckham filed a libel lawsuit last week against Nuci and Germany's Bauer Publications, which puts out In Touch Weekly, over a recent article in which Nuci alleged that the very married British athlete saw her several times in 2007 at the rate of $10,000 a visit.

In Touch stood by its reporting. Beckham's camp called the story "completely untrue and totally ridiculous."

"He doesn't have a prayer," Jensen says. "His [lawsuit] is going to be thrown out. We will continue with ours, regardless."

Nuci claims she has suffered emotional distress, enough to land her in the hospital, and is asking for unspecified damages.

Jensen says that he will not know when the desired deposition will take place until he has heard back from Beckham's lawyer.

"The bottom line is that everybody has to be deposed," he says.

And if Victoria Beckham doesn't mind the tone of her hubby's voice, undoubtedly the lawyers won't have any problem with it either.

"I don't really notice his high-pitched voice," Beckham's missus of 11 years says in the latest issue of Marie Claire. "I just think he's so goddamn perfect that people have to find something wrong with him."
