Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez got engaged in front of the cameras, but they can't decide whether they'll walk down the aisle on TV, too.

"I don't know...it's so hard!" she told E! News at the 10th Annual Harvest event for City Hearts in Malibu. "There's so many pros to doing it and so many cons. And not doing it on TV is the same way."

And speaking of being on TV...

The reality starlet says she's "loving" her local news gig in San Diego for now, but may go national later.

"Will I maybe, eventually do something that's a little bigger and national? Maybe, yeah. I think that would be a lot of fun," she said. "But the reason I wanted to do Fox 5 San Diego is that I wanted to be able to give back to my community."

Not to mention, the job keeps her close to her man, who's starting an insurance business in San Diego.

And although the couple doesn't live in Hollywood, they were out on the scene Saturday night when Ali had a belated birthday dinner at Cleo with Roberto and Bachelor Pad duo Tenley Mohlzahn and Kiptyn Locke.
