Is the world ready for CoCo Croons the Classics?

In a word: no. Which is why the two albums Conan O'Brien is releasing with help from good pal (and final Late Night musical guest—now there's a booking that's finally paid off) Jack White will feature nothing of the sort.

That is, not unless you consider the combination of rockabilly, horror movie monsters and laughs "the classics."

White's Third Man Records is releasing two vinyl albums from the once and future late-night host, as recorded at the musician's Nashville hub earlier this year.

The first, Conan O'Brien Live At Third Man, is a recording of a June 10 show held at the Third Man HQ, and features both CoCo and his Legally Prohibited Band making their way through a rock and roll set ("Free Bird," anyone?) and, of course, much hilarity. White and his 7 Nation Army even join the gang on a rendition of "20 Flight Rock." It's available now for a cool $15.

The second album, And They Call Me Mad? is a spoken word effort by the big man himself and features both Conan's improvised take on Frankenstein and an interview conducted by White.

It's available now for preorder and ships on Aug. 24. Both will be available on iTunes early next week.
