Unfortunately, the one we have for you today ended in trip to the hospital...

Step Up 3D star Rick Malambri tells us he pulled a ligament in his shoulder during filming.

How? Well, that's where the shirtless part comes in.

"By pulling off a wet T-shirt during one of the routines," Malambri admitted. "I was soaked in sweat from dancing so long. I got one arm out but then I got stuck and there was a pop. I had to go to the emergency room."

Has he thought of embellishing the story with some more tough guy-like details? Nah.

"I'm not ashamed," Malambri said, laughing. "It's a good story. It's a funny story to tell."

His costar Sharni Vinson said the set was full of accidents. She injured a big toe while rehearsing one of her jumps. Another dancer fractured an ankle walking down some stairs after rehearsals. "Your body gets so tired and weak after all the rehearsing and filming," Malambi said, "that you just don't realize sometimes what you're doing."
