Three dancers left. All will be busting their best moves to win America's heart on the finale of So You Think You Can Dance. Only one's efforts will be rewarded with the title of season seven champion. Certainly, you all have your favorites. But who does host Cat Deeley think will be dancing their way to victory? Hint: this dancer made her drop that line about hormones up there.

Plus, she tells us if she really thinks there's a curse on this season, and why the two-part finale will be "must-see TV"…

When asked who she thinks will win it all this season, Cat starts off diplomatically. "I think it could be any one of the three," she says in that chipper voice of hers. But not one to hold back, Cat then slams us with her prediction. "If I was a betting woman and I had to put some money where my mouth is, I would probably go for Kent [Boyd]. But that's not to do with his technical ability; it's more to do with the reaction I see from the screaming girls in the studio," she laughs. "It's literally like Beatlemania when he hits the stage. Hormones are rushing everywhere! I think it might be Kent."

Those damn kids and their hormones today. At least they're taking a break from screaming for Justin Bieber. And for that, we can be thankful.

Even though Cat is clearly confident in her pick, that doesn't mean she always knew it would be him. "I knew he'd make it onto the show from seeing him in Vegas, but I didn't know he would get this far. He just had something about him that was so endearing," she says. And as we all know by now, this competition is not just about technical ability. Though it does help.

Also helping the dancers this year were the All-Stars, a change that Cat completely gets behind. "I loved it!" she raves. "On a professional level, I think the All-Stars upped the ante a little bit. They've been invaluable to them not just in terms of professional, technical dancing, but what the experience is all about."

What made this season an exciting one for maybe the wrong reasons are all the injuries making the dancers drop like tights-wearing flies. What are they putting in the protein shakes over there? "I really don't know!" she insists. "In terms of the amount of time that they spend dancing and in terms of what we're asking them to do physically, there's nothing really that different this season from the past six seasons before. So I really don't know, other than to say it's been the curse of season seven."

As for this week's season-ending episodes, Cat promises "lots of interesting performances"— including LXD, Quest, and Black Gold—plus "some very special surprise guests."

Who do you want to see gracing us with a performance in the season finale? Are you betting against Cat and her prediction that Kent will bring it on home? Have at it in the comments below, and we'll see you out on the floor.
