Put it this way: if you'd spent the better part of the past few months donning an orange jumpsuit, there'd probably be a little girly overcompensation in your sartorial future, too, right?
So we can't blame E!'s Pretty Wild starlet turned jailbird Alexis Neiers for channeling her softer side with her designer debut. Following in the footsteps of cellblock mate and legging queen Lindsay Lohan before her, Alexis told E! News she's getting ready to launch her own (orange and stripe-free) clothing line.
"I'm inspired by a lot of designers in Europe right now, but it's very Victorian, very sweet, kind of coquettish," she said. "It's girly, it's innocent, it's fun."
Well, innocent until proven otherwise. And by the sneak peaks of her designs she shared, it may not be all that guilt-free.
Alexis hopes to have the lingerie and intimates mix in stores this spring.
