Surviving an alleged kidnapping is one thing; surviving rehab with Dr. Drew Pinksy is another.
Jeremy London, who calls his drug addiction a "day-to-day struggle," has signed on for the fourth installment of Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew, VH1 announced Sunday.
Joining London are former-model-turned-reality-TV-whore Janice Dickinson,The Hills trouble magnet Jason Wahler, former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel (yes, really), fallen former teen idol Leif Garrett, Frankie Lons (mother of singer Keyshia Cole) and oil heir Jason Davis. Filming for the upcoming season had been postponed because producers couldn't lock down a strong enough cast.
The group will undergo 21 days of intense detoxification and treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. VH1 hasn't set a premiere date, only saying the eight-episode season will debut later this year.
In a statement to E! News, London's publicist explained with the actor signed on.
"In light of his harrowing ordeal and subsequent events, Jeremy's commitment to sobriety has been tested," said spokesman Dominic Friesen. "On his own accord, Jeremy recently embraced the support system offered by Dr. Drew and his team, and remains focused daily on his ongoing recovery."
Wahler was one of the first tapped for the show. The 23-year-old reality trainwreck was arrested for the seventh time last month for allegedly hitting a woman at a party, booked on a DUI back in March and jailed in September 2009 on assault and drinking charges.
The oft-busted Garrett, meanwhile, is currently embroiled in a heroin case in Los Angeles.
The wildcard is Uchitel, who, sources confirmed to E! News just last week, is also in the running for a slot on another reality show: Donald Trump's forthcoming installment of Celebrity Apprentice.
