I feel so sorry for Katy Perry. She can't even say where her wedding will be, for fear of losing her privacy. Why can't the press just leave brides alone in advance of their big day?

There's nothing private about the typical celebrity engagement, dear. Think I don't know what I'm talking about? How about a pair of blind items that prove, once and for all, just how much of a marketing tool celebrity weddings have become:
Both of these items come from a person very close to the couples in question.
How about a once popular but now quite irrelevant TV actress?
She, according to my source, is engaged, but isn't telling anyone. No, she's saving that "surprise" for her reality show, the pilot of which is being shot right now. "She's using her wedding" to boost the show, my source says.
The other person is more of a reality starlet.
She doesn't even have a show right now, but she wants one. Meanwhile, her boyfriend wants to propose to her, but, in the words of my source, he "isn't allowed" to do so until the pair gets their own reality show—and he can pop the question on camera.
