New Year's Eve is Thursday. Do you have your plans locked down yet?
If not, there's still time to make sure you ring in 2010 with some of this year's biggest celebs, like Gaga.
The crazy singer is performing poolside at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, where guests can belly up to an open bar till midnight. Not only can partygoers feast their eyes and ears on Gaga's always-interesting show, but VIPs will munch on Domino's new pizza, delivered just before midnight.
She's not the only star in South Beach...
Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz along with G4's Olivia Munn hosts justjared.com's Not Just New Year's party at Klutch nightclub, while AnnaLynne McCord is on countdown duty at Wall at the new W hotel, where Kid Cudi and John Legend will perform.
Sin City's got plenty of star-powered parties to pick from. Nicole Richie hosts at Lavo, where her beau and baby daddy Joel Madden is spinning, and Christina Aguilera is at Tao. Presumably both mommies will leave the kids at home. Eva Longoria Parker will welcome 2010 at her newest Beso in Vegas, while the Black Eyed Peas party at LAX.
Over in Hollywood, Pamela Anderson hosts and Adam Lambert performs on the Paramount lot. Sounds like a hot mess waiting to happen!
And back in the Big Apple, our own Ryan Seacrest will be counting down (and freezing his butt off) in Times Square, while Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will lock lips at midnight at M2 Ultralounge.
And finally, Leighton Meester is saying sayonara to 2009 at the Jersey Shore. Seriously. the Gossip girl is performing at Dusk inside Caesar's Palace in Atlantic City, N.J. (The Jersey Shore cast will be in NYC for MTV's live NYE special, so Blair Waldorf won't be getting hairstyling tips from the cast.)
