Yo, Pauly D is ready to strip down!

Don't know who Paul "Pauly D" Delvecchio is? Well, you should.

The 27-year-old Rhode Island DJ is one of the stars of Jersey Shore, MTV's new reality series about a group of self-described "guidos" and "guidettes" sharing a summer house together in Seaside Heights, N.J.

It was within just the first two episodes that one of Pauly D's biggest secrets was revealed when he and fellow housemate Jenni "JWoww" Farley were caught on film getting very cozy after a night of partying.

Looking down his pants, JWoww discovers…

Pauly D's manhood is pierced.

"I wasn't expecting that it was being filmed," Pauly D told me earlier today. "But I don't mind. I mean, it's whatever." (For the record, he says his mom has seen the episode, but has yet to comment on it).

In fact, he wouldn't mind showing everyone what he's got by posing in Playgirl. But unlike Levi Johnston, Pauly D says he'd go full frontal. "I didn't tell anyone about my piercing," he said, "but I'm not shy."

That's for sure.

Pauly D, along with housemate and new best friend Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, are probably two of the cockiest guys we've ever seen on television.

They love bragging about their very tan and muscled bods, their very thought-out hairstyles and their success with the ladies. For example, Pauly D buys his hair gel in bulk just in case it's discontinued, he has a tanning bed in his house, and "girls were screaming" when they spotted him during a recent trip to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center.

But the show is not without its controversy. Several Italian-American organizations have reportedly blasted it for promoting stereotypes.

"I don't ever remember guido being a bad thing," Pauly D said. "I'm proud to be a guido. I'm proud to be Italian. I love it."

Domino's Pizza and American Family Insurance have pulled their ads from the show. "Everyone is gonna watch the show to see what all the buzz is about," Pauly D said when asked about the criticism. "If I were an advertiser, I'd want to advertise during the show. It's almost like advertising on the Super Bowl…I think they're stupid for pulling out."

So how far did things get with JWoww, who still has the same boyfriend she had when Jersey Shore was shot?

Pauly D is mum on any bada-bing details, but says, "JWoww's real cool. We still talk, but we're definitely not dating."

That's not all I have for ya from Jersey. Make sure to come back here tomorrow for more.
