We all know by now that Tiger Woods' marriage is in shambles. It's gotten to the point where we can't even keep track of all the alleged other women, so we just want to know what happens from here.

There has been speculation about what's included in Tiger and Elin's prenup and, more importantly, what could be going down with Tiger and Elin's postnup.

Here's what we're hearing...

The Chicago Sun-Times reported that the couple needs to remain married for 10 years in order for Elin to collect a divorce settlement of $20 million.

Well, our sports insider, all too familiar in dealing with the divorce settlements of athletes, tells us Tiger "is prepared" to scrap that whole prenup for a new postnup.

"It's a no-brainer," our sports agent source tells us, "that is, if Elin is willing to stick around."

Oh? Do tell.

"Elin will probably agree to stay for a predetermined period of time," our source predicts. "She would wait while the media chaos cooled off, with an option to get out with big benefits if she stays married to him for a while longer. It lets [Tiger] save face, and then she can go off as pissed as she should be and then be set for life."

Uh, this is sounding more like a business deal than a marriage.

"That's not unusual at all," spills our insider. "The phrase 'for the avoidance of doubt' is a beautiful thing."

As much as we think Elin deserves to get the hell out of this sham of a marriage, why not take him for what she can?

"I don't know many women who wouldn't stay for the money," fesses our insider. "That way she can support herself, her kids, and eventually leave him. Her job has been being a mother and a wife, she hasn't needed to provide her own income. When you've been put through that much public humiliation, you want to get your revenge, too. Even if it's just with Tiger's pocketbook."

Adds our lovely know-it-all:

"If Tiger weren't famous, you know Elin would run right back to Sweden with the two kids and rarely come back."

What do you think Mrs. Woods should do?
