Renée Zellweger used to look so adorably perky back in the day, like a squinty-eyed Texas kewpie doll we all loved to love. But it's been a long, long time since her trademark über-cuteness in Jerry Maguire.

Zell-hon, at the premiere of My One and Only in New York this week, is all veins and bones nowadays. She's showcasing a middle-aged man bod like Madonna, who's 10 years her senior—though Madge wears the muscle look much, much better. Prolly cause she has to, since M doesn't let up the nonstop dude-wrangling, dancing on her months-long concert tours. What's R.Z.'s excuse for trimming the fat?

Ren's signed on to play Bridget Jones again in another sequel, so unless Bridget gets an eating disorder in film No. 3, babe's gonna have to start serial munching again and skipping gym workouts. Just in time, too, 'cause we're not feeling this sinewy, spiderly appearing star one bit.

What's superhunk Bradley Cooper even see in her, besides some surefire publicity? True, Renée's still darling as they come, but that bod betrays some pretty serious head trips, obvs. What's that gonna do a for a blossoming romance, whether real or not? We coulda totally seen B 'n' R as an item back when Zellweger was fresh-faced, sporting a normal thin frame as opposed to a scary-skinny boy body. Then again, maybe Brad's into that look!
