Dylan Mulvaney's new look is on pointe.

In a video titled "The Face Reveal" released on Jan. 27, the TikToker and trans activist made a grand reveal of her visage after undergoing facial feminization surgery. Clocking in at almost two minutes, the clip opened with Dylan—dressed in a blue crop top and matching skirt paired with long white gloves and silver knee-high boots—dancing to Tchaikovsky's ballet classic "Swan Lake."

Soon after the curtain dropped, Dylan emerged to take a bow in her second look. Channeling Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, the 26-year-old stepped out in a black gown complete with a glamorous updo, red lipstick and a set of pearls.

"You know I have a flare for the dramatics, but it's so good, right?" Dylan told the camera while pointing to her face. "I'm so happy. It's still me. It's just a little bit softer of a version."

She continued, "I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving."

Thanking fans for their support throughout her journey, Dylan added that they have "so much to catch up on."

The social media star added to her followers, "I love ya!"

Dylan's big unveiling comes more than a month after going under the knife. In a Dec. 16 TikTok video, she announced that it was "surgery day" and shared footage of herself getting dropped off at a medical center for the procedure.

Since then, she kept fans updated on her recovery as her face healed underneath bandages. "Healing is going amazing," Dylan said in a Jan. 2 clip. "I'm the happiest I've ever been."

The influencer shared at the time that she still needed "two to three weeks" before returning to work, though "who knew privacy could be so good for a transition?"

Dylan, whose "Days of Girlhood" video series documenting her transition have garnered over one billion views, went on to note that "not all trans people desire affirming surgeries or hormones" but they should all be respected for their decisions.

"They are still trans," she told fans. "Please show up for all trans people the way you've showed up for me."
